Still awake at this hour

It has been very very long since I last updated my blog. YES, I know, everyone is telling me that my blog is dead. Hehehe... can't blame me... I'm very busy and lazy.. rhyme huh??

Well, tonight someone triggered me to visit my blog again. So, since I'm here, I'll blog some words to keep my blog alive!!

Today, after work, I went to e-gate Hair Perfect for hair cut. As usual, I told my hairstylist that I need her cut to make my hair in good shape. Taa Daa... my hair is very short now.. it seems like getting shorter and shorter and shorter. When can I keep it long again? Do I look good with short hair or long hair? Cast your votes now!! Anyway, you will see yourself how short it is when you see me.

I must be a little crazy for not going to bed and blogging at this hour of the night. Sigh!!! These few days, I do not have appetite and having sleepless nights. Don't ask me why because I myself do not know the answer. Perhaps, I'm stressed out with my work.... Perhaps, I'm too bored.... Perhaps, blah blah blah... all I know is that something is bothering me... geeezzzz

I'm going to Miraku for dinner tomorrow. It is my favourite Japanese restaurant in Penang. Unfortunately, as I mentioned I do not have appetite these few days, so hopefully I can gain my appetite when I'm dining there.

Hooray!! My birthday is around the corner. Yes, I'm growing older (and more beautiful), I know you are going to comment on that... hehehe.... Hmmmm... I'm thinking of going to Jogoya for japanese buffet and Lunabar for drinks. I want to have 6 shots of tequila pop in a row. WOOOHOOO.!!!!

OoOohhhh that reminds me of the girls' night out @ LA Galaxy when we had our different different kinds of alcohol... superb!! Let's do it again, shall we? I'm not an alcoholic, I just want to have fun, right girls?

Anyone wants to have Tiramisu? I still want to try the Tiramisu that Soo Huey reckon @ Bella Italia Restaurante. Should be yummy!!

What is 10 years to you?

I dare not believe what I heard but that is the fact! Well, what is 10 years to you? "10 years" is not something that you just get used to it and assumed the other party will understand because afterall it has been 10 years.

I have to admit I am a total idiot for believing that you will hear and take notice of what I said or shared with you. This is not the 1st time that you let my words went through your right ear and directly out from the left ear. Am I not important to you? What am I then?

The fact is you never hear and notice what I said to you...never never never! Why this is happening to me?

I'm writing this post to remind myself not to believe that you will hear and take notice of me... never ever going to believe your promises! Wake up idiot me!!!

Hair getting shorter and shorter

Finally, I got my hair cut this afternoon! I could not stand seeing my hair getting out of shape...argghhhh, damn ugly with my hair "kiau" here and there. As promised, I went to Hair Perfect @ e-gate and looked for my favourite hairdresser, Bee Peng for hair cut.

It has been 5 months since the last time i visited Hair Perfect. Well, you will think I am not a loyal customer... hehe... because for the past 5 months, I've been visiting different different hair salons such as Baptain, eXtreme, etc.

I personally do not really like the hair cut that I got from Baptain, eXtreme, etc. Maybe the hair cut was too "IN" for me. Everyone said the shape of the cut was nice but I just don't like it. So, this time I went back to Hair Perfect and looked for Bee Peng to rescue my hair.

Tada....here is my new hair cut... short leh?? I think it will take 1 year plus for my hair to grow till the length I desire. How do I look?

Sleepless in Penang

It is raining cats and dogs outside as I am writing my blog now. Well, it has been raining non-stop for 2 consecutive days and nights already. The weather is really awesome with the cool breeze blowing at my face this very moment.

For the past few months, the weather was really humid and everyone was complaining about it including myself until last Friday night. I love the weather in these 2 days, just perfect! It makes me feel lazy to go outside and want to be a potato couch.

Mel and I have plans to go to gym on Saturday... hehe... and because of the heavy downpour at noon, I decided to stay at home. Most importantly, I do not wish to get wet when I step my foot outside my porch. Yea yea, I know you are going to say "you are not made of paper, duh!" Hey, heavy downpour outside and not just drizzle, I'll get wet even with my umbrella up.

Alrighty, back to the main subject of this post. As you know, I like to sleep and that's my weekend hobby. With this kind of chilly weather, I am supposed to be sleeping soundly at this very hour, probably go out for a date with "Moses Chan" (in my dream).... drooling.....

Gosh, the thing is I can't sleep these 2 rainy nights!! What happen to me?? Is something bothering me?? I really don't know if something is bother me... Or was it the coffee (Aza bought for me all the way from Bergamo) that I took in the afternoon??

Help me, help me ... what should I do to get some sleep?? I'm still wide awake!! woo...wooo...wooooo......

"Chean Nooi Pao"

Yeah, I know.... its been long since I last updated by blog. Thousand apologies for letting you read the same old posts over and over without any new post updated for almost 8 months....*shy*

Well, I have my reason for not updating my blog for the past 8 months. I was so busy with work ... rushing to meet the dateline of several projects, assignments, blah blah blah...... Now, that you can see this post updated, it means I've completed my projects and assignments.... hip-hip-hooray (shuey, you are way behind the schedule of our deal!)

Anyhoo, I'm very very pleased to announce that I just successfully fried my 2nd egg today. So, I'm marking down today's date, July 1st 2009 (Wednesday), I fried an egg for the SECOND time in my life!!

Remember in my older post, I wrote about my very FIRST fried egg and it turned out beautifully fried (no "chau huey tar" at all). This time, without have to further say, my fried egg turned out nicely fried (no "chau huey tar" at all) and so tempting!!

I ran to my dad and showed him my fried egg. Well, he said "OK nia la.. normal lor". I'm expecting him to say "wow, beautifully fried" because this is my 2nd attempt only and not that I'm a pro for many years. I did not have a camera with me so there's no way for me to snap the photo of my beautifully fried egg as proof. Next attempt, I'll make sure to snap the photo.

I had 2 slices of wheatmeal bread with fried egg for tea. So yummy and I'm full now.

My FIRST fried egg

I can't wait to share this piece of news with my friends and family. So, pay attention to this closely.

Today, the 5th of September 2008 (Friday), marked the date I fried an egg for the FIRST time in my life! Unbelievable huh? I can fry, I can fry, I can fry!

I sent an e-mail to my aunt to inform her about my FIRST fried egg right after my late lunch. Well, she asked me how many eggs I used up and was my FIRST fried egg turned out to be edible? Eewwwwww, excuse me! I have a hidden cooking talent inside me and today, the talent is revealed.... *blushing*

Just so you know, my dad can be my witness as I showed him the outcome of my FIRST fried egg.. beautifully done for your information and NO "chau huey tar" at all. Ooh, another thing, I just used up one egg and that was my FIRST fried egg which was beautifully fried! Ho... Ho... Ho... Sorry, I did not snap photos of my First fried egg.

My dad smiled when I showed him my FIRST fried egg. I know what was on his mind at that time. He must be either thinking "Omigod, my daughter only knows how to fry an egg at the age of 26?" or "WOW, my daughter finally knows how to fry an egg and the egg was beautifully fried, I'm so proud of her". I chose to believe the latter.

So, I had maggie mee with fried egg and chicken ham for lunch. I dare not say this was my best lunch but overall it was edible and I'm proud of myself.
